I work for the bel distributor, every prov east of Manitoba its illegal. In regards to vg2 technology, as of Nov. 01/02, the OPP and QPP (prov police) have a radar detector detector that can catch every radar detector on the market. I suggest buying a $99 one to give to the police if your pulled over. or... keep an unsealed enevelop to your home address in the mail. If you get pulled over, side the radar into the enevelop and seal it. It is illegal for a police officer to open post marked mail. Its a grey area.....

I got busted having one in Manitoba. They gave me a ticket but since I was from alberta that did not take it away. I know there legal to use and sell in Alberta.

^depends on how the jammer works..

Not all jammers will fall under food and drug.

And there are only 2 models made that actually work.
