ok civic.. or anyone else that can help here.. Just to clear some things up regarding what you said here..

1./ 86- remote turn on lead.. this must be the turn on lead from the hu? or can i run it from the lead off the first amp?
2./ 87- 12v source is ok with just 16 or 18 guage wire as well? assuming its a small amount of amperage being dealt with.. and can this wire be run from one of the amps 12v?
3./ 30- id just run 18 awg wire to all the remotes?
4./ 85- Ground also is ok with 16-18 awg?

1. you could do that, it would work, but the correct way would be to use the remote wire off the deck, and then connect all the amps to the relay from there.
2. yes thats ok.
3. yeah that's ok too
4. yup...

good luck. and the above site, 12volt.com is a great site for stuff like this.
