However, he said he would mail it to me the day after he had my cash. Leading me to believe that he had one available. I was also told it would take 4 days. It's been over a month.
Even those things I can deal with. (I'm a fairly patient guy) It's just the complete lack of communication that worries me.
I know that it's summer time and we've all got things we'd rather be doing. But as it sits right now he's got $400+ of my money and I have no alt. So I don't think it's unreasonable to want some sort of an update.
On June 23 he told me that there was a problem with the voltage regulator that he had. He had just gotten some in and was taking the next day off work to get caught up on orders.
This is the last I have heard from him. So now I'm sitting here wondering what the deal is, with no way of contacting him.
btw.. to other people not involved that might be reading this. PLEASE don't think I'm bashing Rob or his product. Rob has been very helpful every time I've managed to get a hold of him.
I'm sure once we get everything worked out I'll be just another happy customer. *fingers crossed*
