I too would prefer the JL and like the idea that Shaugn had for using matching chassis sizes.

Rob, I guess he COULD change the 4 channel to an 8004 to make it the same as the 20001, but what's the fun there

This particular car has no great surplus of trunk space, so the minimum size amp chassis is preferable to having matched cases. I know how much better it looks, but the 15004 will be the only one showing. Have you seen the size of the Focal Cross-block? 13" wide, 10 3/8" deep and 2 1/4" high. Per channel! Plus a 60L box, 40 Farad super-cap, power distribution etc...............
Symmetry must be sacrificed in this case. Did I mention that I will have a generous 5-6 days to single-handedly install this system, including trouble-shooting and tuning? Sheesh! What was I thinking???? Hope my RedBull subscription is paid up this month.
