well.i got a guy on the phone today.didn't catch his name.so at least i finally got through.
seems both Chris and Narz are both out today.(narz.is the other tec's proper name ?)
the last few times i was able to get one of them on the phone all i got was...one of us will call you back before the end of the day.
in the past 9 months i have never received a single phone call from the shop.
only when Chris sent the bill by Email was i ever contacted.
the reason i sent the amp to them was to have that exact one sent back.its in %100 mint scratch free condition.only used in a show install with a set of 3.
i could have sent it away and had a ready to go refurbished amp sent back.i just didn't want a amp coming back full of scratches.now im wishing i had sent it state side.

Verbal discussions are worthless (as is their word apparently). Use email or letters to contact them as they are obviously NOT taking you seriously. They need to do their job (repair the amp at the agreed upon price after providing a written estimate) and you need to do your job (Pay the bill, and give them a little wiggle room to get the job done). 9 months is 8 months too long for a 2 week job, this may be a misunderstanding, a FUBAR, or something else... anyway I hope you get your repaired amp back ASAP

In the future do your communication in writing as well as verbal.
