yes - it is industry news, not public news. Most contributors here do not know and don't need to know really about SCL or the industry side of things. They will not be affected anyway.
Way to come on trying to start something though

i wasnt starting rumours, just asking questions, and it is information that the public deserves to know, as they are the customers who would be directly affected. i responded to the post regarding the death because it was industry new and very imoprtant newa at that, dwvw to drag into this disussion the unfortunate death of a teenager proves that you are a f**king idiot who is way out of line, how do you know that maybe his family or one of his friends dont read this forum, its truly sad that to make a point you would bring that into it, what if it was your kid, or your brother, or you, i have good luck but not that good

actually jason daniels is a friend of mine as has been for alomost 20 years so shut your mouth, and locking the doors means shut, and i said that i hope the merger with mitek works out great for mtx in canada, and that i hope everyone gets to keep their jobs, read into what i said whatever you want, after your post about the kid that died you should just stop, you iconsiderate jerk, and if you think that because i dont buy anything from scl means i have a vested interest in causing uncertainty, you are as stupid as i thought, i buy escort so i have a vested interest in being able to provide for my customers, im sure that the family would like to know how a future shop manager thinks about their kids death, just a vehicle to try to spite someone, the situation with the kid dying has effected everyone in the organization more that you could imagine, there is still 2 guys off work because of it, i think you owe the organization and the kids family an apology

Also my employer has nothing to do with my views. I don't live for my employer, my employer is a tool I use to buy things, that's it.
Since we are discussing behind the scenes industry information maybe we could all start posting what the actuall cost of all the equipment we sell is, and all our wages too After all, it is audio related and this is a public forumn.

Wow, common guys. Take a look at all the people on this forum that are directly involved in this industry and just think: if you had a industry related question where would be the best place to ask?
I personally would ask on here, but then again now that I think about it I would just get accused of trying to cause ****

It is my experience that industry related matters should stay in the industry and not be discussed in a public forumn, just look at what a waste of bandwidth the JL Sucks thread on Carsound became, all the people who had no idea what they were talking about discussing incorrect facts.
