In the next week or so, i plan on ordering my system. I plan on ordering a single 12inch CVX, a zx750.1, and a 2.0 Cubic foot ported box, tuned to 32hz for it. Any comments/suggestions? or am i headed in the right direction? Thanks for any input

 

should sound very bass heavy! What about the rest of the system? Mids...highs?

 

what are you going to run as far as mids and tweets?
stock will not compete with significant bass.

 

Yeah, more bass than you'll expect IMHO... but great choices for that direction.

But I'm with Johnny, you're going to have to upgrade speakers and run a seperate amp to keep up with the CVX.
I'd look elsewhere than kicker for speakers as well... they make a great sub and amps as well, speakers have never been their forte though.
