If it is the spider, the part underneath the cone that helps to keep the base of the cone centered properly, definitely it will be a issue.

yeah could be the spider not positive, all i know is that the vc and the cone arnt attached properly.
that should be warrantied correct?

It will depend on the manufacturer. If it is manufacturer defect, I would say yes (but i do not speak for the manufacturer), if it is determined to be abuse, then you will be hit or miss. I know that Eclipse would not cover any sub determined to be abuse but you might be lucky with these guys. The manufacturer and the company that sold you the sub is going to be one the ones to give you the answer that you need.

I don't recall reading it or not but did you have the subsonic filter turned on and at what setting?

its been set anywhere from 15hz-35hz nothing worked ever..

I had an infinity that seperated the magnet from the basket, i fixed it with crazy glue, but i think this is where you say yours seperated? should be warranted if you bought it from a reputable dealer.

bonneville thats exactly where it is seperated.
as for my shop i get it from, im pretty sure there the only
shop in winnipeg that sells mach 5
shops called "hamilton audio" ive only boughten
the sub from them but the owner "brian" has been nothing but
great and very informative for me, im sure he'll help me out.
