someone with vrx755vd with ipod hookup

I would like to talk to someone personally that has this setup or has had some good time using a setup like this with an ipod that has a good amount of songs (20gb-ish)

Reviews just don't do enough, so pleeeeease, just post here, and i'll pm you

I have the VRX745VD and I have my Xbox going to it. The xbox is in the trunk and hooked up to the Aux in of the head unit.

Awesome sound quality, looks great when playing vids and tons of space with the 80 gig hard drive I installed. I know, not an ipod but it's the same concept.

I'm due to post pics of my setup and I'll try to have those up sometime soon.

The vrx755vd has direct ipod hookup with onscreen control, so not the same exactly.

I need to know the speeds of loading album/song/artist lists and speed of loading song info when it starts playing. Also any major downfalls of it overall.

I'm choosing between one of these or more $$$ for a '06 alpine with ipod full speed, but their new units aren't so great.
