i'm not going to be competing much, and precision port says that you could possibly get a 3db increase with their ports. btw this will be my first ported box i've made them before for other people but never for myself.

up to 3db ya, but I don't think you will see that kind of gain however. because aeroports have less turbulance, and are more aerodynamic in design....but a well designed slot port....good examples is Rob V.O.'s port (Loud Brown Kicker Colt on here) he uses flares and made his as aerodynamic as possible and did a couple little tricks inside of the port to keep the velocity up...takes a bit more time than aeroports but can be just as effective [img]smile.gif[/img]
