Sound Deadening - How much to do a car?

Hi, I am wondering how much sound deadening material it roughly takes to cover a car? I would be the doing trunk and door panels for sure. Maybe a few little areas as well, I am just trying to figure how many square feet I need and picking which one to use based on price. The car is a Sunfire.

Thanks

i go the cheapest route possible BLUE SKIN from home depot. its around $30 for 50square feet. You will probable want to double it up. I did do some research and the compounds it is made of is almost identical to dynamat.

it does give a slight smell for the first day or so but then it is gone.

Thanks

I want to keep it cheap but id rather use a cheaper sound deadening material made with that rubber instead of a tar based home improvement material

i have roughly 30 sq of second skin damp pro in my 2 front doors on my impala. Thats a full layer inside cavity and outer frame with a few extra sheets behind the speaker. I then have about 60sq feet in trunk/rear lid, again single layered.

I would also like to know personal opinions about the eDead 45? For 1sq/ft and free shipping to Canada, can't beat that price.
