This also happens when one speaker is repaired with replacement drivers not identical to the original. It's no big deal with PA speakers. Out of curiosity what gear are you rebuilding?

yup
2 x 5000watts drivers not sure the name brand since there old old stuff
their both 18"

pair with 4 tweeter and and 1 huge *** horn!

3 of the drivers rate at between 7.5 and 7.9 ohms
only that one driver is 6ohm ish. and at the end result
1st box give me 4ohm at the terminal
2nd box give me 2.5 ohms at the terminal.

This amp rack is going to be pushing the 2 driver per channel(4ohms)
and the other amp is going to be pushing the tweeters/horns

but i dont want the amp running 1 side 2ohm and the other side at 4ohms.

but yeah am sure it that 1 driver who brining down the suppose to be 4ohm to 2.. for some od reason.

4 ohms.. 8 ohms.. these are nominal number. Actual VC resistance will be less. AC impecance will also vary with freqeuncy... You should be fine unless the low reading driver is somehow shorted internally.
Does everything work? Start out low volume and crank it up. Should be good. Most Pro audio amps can handle low impedance.
