Just wondering if any of you know where to grab a copy of either Term-CAD or LEAP 5. I would love to have one or both of these programs, but don't have the $$$$ necessary to actually go out and buy them myself.

While your at it see if you can track down a free Porsche Carrera GT, I would love to have one of these, but don't have the necessary $$$$ to actually go out and buy one myself.
