These have a better sensitivity rating and wider frequency response? And are cheaper to boot(probably because the Focal's include a 4")!

I wouldn't buy anything that isn't CSA Certified. Not only that I like to support my small shop owners. I don't like big corps. ( coming from a struggling new small business owner)
