Still for sale
#1
So push has come to shove for me. I have now passed my interview stage with the RCMP, meaning that they are serious about my employment with them. I may have as little as 4 months left here in Courtenay.
The store is still for sale and just came off another money making year. Somebody must want to purchase a 10 year old money making store and be their own boss. $ investment is low as compared to a investment in a major city. The climate here is amazing and the population is growing too fast for housing to keep up. So, pass the word and drop me a line by e-mail to start if you are interested.

Ahhhh.... you were talking to Windmill here, I was buried inside of a BMW at the time. He should have got your number and name and I would have called you back. Windmill has the $ available to him, he is just unsure if he wants to do it or not..

I would be gone for 6 months, then posted to somewhere other than here (hopefully - actually I really don't care), but to find someone who has the same drive as I do that would take my best interests to heart...well that is a hard person to come by. I'll still have my hand in this at some point in time, however, as it sits now I must get sell the business. The RCMP want yuo employed to look after their best interests, not your own. I agree with how they look at that issue. It would be hard to do my job properly with the RMCP while watching from afar at how an employee can run you into the ground.

Aww... but just think. You get to spend 6 months in beautiful sunny flat SK. At least in Regina, there is such a gang and drug problem, the RCMP won't run out of anything to do anytime soon. Nice city though... only half as screwed up as Saskatoon.

PS: Not that Brandon is any better, mind you. We don't drink Pil....

Just cracking on the Gap.....
It is a nice city... I go there occasionally. Mix the odd band at JD's once in a while. Do remember a very loud angry club called "The Warehouse" or something like that 10 or so years ago. Club of choice for me still has to be the Royal or the Brunswick over in Moose Jaw.... neat little town that one.
