Grant, I read your PM the day it arrived and called the person that day. He was going to call me by Tues. of last week. I have not heard from him and aside from being sick (and all staff are sick), going to the gym and being overbooked at the store, I have not had the opportunity to talk to him again. I have however had 3 people interested in the business in the last week, one local person, and 2 from out of town.

Lets see here, you can golf year round, grow the business into custom home with ease and have fun in a money making store.

People pay cash here..... there is not a major marijuana problem in this area at all.

a) it rains more in the lower mainland
b) there are old people here, less than the retirement community in Winfield however.
c) you do have your hands full...still waiting.
d) it is as nice here if not nicer without the traffic.
e) yes wild animals do eat your goats and sheep here.
f) not enough of us yet.
g) Westjet also flies direct here.
h) covered already
i) great fishin and a skihill with a 347 cm midmountain base.
