System gone...new system idea, give me ur opinions

Since my last system got stolen a day ago, i've already begun to get back on my feet and compile some ideas for a new system. I've been looking at Soundstream Products, i think im going to buy the Soundstream SPLX-15 woofer, and then the Soundstream PCA1500D amp.
All the products can be seen at www.soundstream.com . If anyone has any opinions or ways to alter my plan go for it. thanks

Yeah I want more SPL than sq forsure. Actually the Tarantula series might be better sicne it has the same power handling and not so geared towards dB drags.

I don't know too much about that amp, but depending on the price you are paying I think there would be a lot better out there for similar cash. Are you willing to be a used amp? There are a ton on forums like sounddomain that are wicked deals, like 550+ shipping for a hifnoics collossus I saw the other day (mmm, 3200 rms). And if you are looking for more spl than sq, you could find an amp that puts out high power at a low price since the signal doesn't have to be crystal clear.
