Is there any way to find driver displacement using the usual specs that are given out for subs? Just curious because I'm trying to find the displacement of my RE8s. Recommended box sizes usually take into account driver displacement do they not? So if the manufacturer doesn't give the displacement, is there an accurate way to find it?

I always put my subwoofers in a garbage bag and then dipped it in water ... Can't the water affect the spider and foam surrounds ... ?

If you are talking about the Illusion Audio driver, BassBox shows it being around .0468 cubic feet, sounds about average for most 10's. Hope this helps!
