Thoughts on CDT components? Or ID? Look inside

Hey all, Im looking at ordering some components.

Im seeing some CDT components on WoofersETC. that are of interest...

https://www.woofersetc.com/p-9391-cl...nt-system.aspx

Due to a screwup in their system, I was offered these units for 180$

OR I can go with

https://www.woofersetc.com/p-7174-cx...nt-system.aspx

for 275$

Any thoughts on if those ID's are worth 100$ more then the CDT's. I want to try something new and unique, and some boutique style components. I know its not good to decide without hearing, but I feel like being adventurous

ID is going through some major changes right now, i don't know if i would purchase any of their products just yet. The founder is no longer with the company and their support may not be the same. I know they make great products but just not sure if now is a good time

If you're trying to get a good value set, look at the Hybrid Audio Imagine.

X2

Hybrid is some very nice stuff, and I don't think that there is a set right now that will touch the imagines for the money!!!

Unfortunately, I came to my senses and decided to buy something I have HEARD.

I picked up some Boston Acoutics SR60 6.5" components for a good price. Im looking forward to hearing them. Im going to give them around 100watts RMS and see if they like it!
