a flap disc on the grinder and lots of dollar store paint brushes for resin! and lets not forget the ballpein hammer to make things fit a little better lol............its true, i use this technique, so leased vehicles beware!!!

This is very true...but when in a fit of rage cause something didn't go your way, there are less things to throw!! just my perspective lol

home depot (to cut the wood)

My local home depot wont cut wood anymore- they have the wall saw but they wont use it- they don't have anyone to operate it, and they kicked me out when i was using it....suuux

lmoa you knew the code for it!! lol!! that is awesome!! and they need someone there to operate that wall saw! those saw do a pretty good job!

I have been using them to cut it b4 so i saw how everything goes, I mean its not rocket science , so train someone from even paint department - they don't do anything anyway, we have recession but nobody wants to work, explain that to me.... even LCBO is going on strike....

Regarding the original post:
silicone- whenever You have leaks/ unwanted gaps etc or just have too much of it around and You decide to reinforce the door panels with it :]

silicone+cocking- good to put in between parts (door handle mounts and the door, or the mdf adapter for 6.5'' and the door- it never fully cures to be as hard as silicone so it absorbs vibrations very nicely.

i work at a home depot and like 4 ppl are "certified" to use the saw it blows no one wants to learn cuz the panel saws we have are sweet and the codes are simple to figger out
