I have a Jensen VM9412, and it worked well for a while.

Recently, the touchscreen stopped being responsive.

Other controls work, and everything works, just you can't control anything by touch.

I'm not too worried about it, as it was getting old anyways.

But, is this common? Has anyone heard of this being fixable?

I'm hoping it's an easy fix, or it can be repaired for cheap.

If not, I'll sell it for parts.

 

Some decks have a setting to turn touch screen on/off along with touch sensitivity... not sure about your specific model. Have you checked the manual?
