ultimate t3 2100 or Kicker 650.4?

I've got both an Ultimate T3 2100 amp (2x100@4ohm) and a Kicker 650.4 (120x4@2ohm) to use to power my front stage and was wondering which would be a better SQ amp? I've had good luck with kicker in the past (still use a 1200.1 and have had a 300.2 before as well that was solid) but I haven't had much experience with Ultimate amps.
Is the kicker a better choice or the Ultimate?
opinions?

Haven't used Ultimates, but I have Kicker KX850.4. If you are also considering KX series, those are solid amps. Pump tons of clean power. A little bit too flashy for my tastes though.

Ultimate run with an internal fan. Very very dynamic while running 2ohm.

If it were me I'd either go active using the Kicker or if using the passive's bridge the Kicker to two channels.

I've used the kicker, and it's a great amp, sounds great, tons of headroom. it also has an internal cooling fan.

I've always been wary of ultimate... just because it's completely offshore and hasn't been time tested like the high end brands have.

on track record, kicker 100%
