All the amps are bench tested at comps or do they go by what sticker is on it?

they are not bench tested actually.

results produced by "bench testing" are all useless info.

at the comp the amps are clamped for power (not same as bench testing).


but to answer the OP's question - best way for you to get the answer is to come to a show.

Yep, thats what I did... read the rules and just went for it. Turned out my box design put me in a higher class than expected (nw, instead of street c, over less than 3", ), but still learned a tonne. Everyone was very informative and helpful. It's so much easier than trying to do it over the net. You just can't explain it like you can in person with the vehicle right there.

After taking everything in (and writing a couple things down, ), you go home and make changes... then come back and see how well they worked out.

Can you modify a trunk opening? Are hatchbacks seperate? They ought to be if they get louder. Can you weld a trunk shut?

Any good lines to use on the wifies to get the ok to come to the meltdown

I tried `Theres no girls!! Just a bunch of guys yelling over the music and looking at eq`s `

just bring her, i used to bring mine everywhere when i competed. from a comp 20 mins away to the ones 12 hours away.

the answer to your questions is.....it all depends.

you'd actually have to read the rules to see what it all depends on.
