Yup, people are easier to track with a Static IP because it never changes. He'll get caught shortly.

*UPDATE*
Khi emailed me and apologized dearly for what he did, and all of my stuff is now in the mail.
He probably still browses these boards and saw all the comotion. He is trying to get in contact with swizzbeatz. He said that the problem with him was entireley his own fault and that he is returning everything he got wrongly as soon as possible.
SERVES HIM RIGHT!!
At least he is doing the right thing though

Nope I got hosed on those CDT's. Turns out the guy left for Basic Training with the US Army. I can't get in contact with him. Even talked to the dudes father. No help there.

I dont know where my post went about it 
To summarize, he told me he would meet me to give me back my stuff, so we met and I took my stuff, but I wasnt about to let everything slide that easily, so I had one of my friends follow him for a bit, when he parked at sunridge mall, i came there and we slashed all four tires, put fresh meat on his car, and one other of my friends threw down a few key marks, but the guys still wanted more, so they waitied for him to come out. When he finally did and saw what happeened, he looked at us and was pissed beyonebelief. Two of my friends went and took him down very hard... needless to say he will see those scars for aw hile to come, we told him if he ever tried a scam again, we'd be back

It sucks!What you should have done was take down his liscense tag and find out where his car is registered to. It is not hard!! Hell i can get it done b/c i have a friend that works for a law enforcment division.
