User Manual needed

I am looking for a manual for an Alpine 7288 that came with a 1989 4Runner I bought.
It is connected to an amplifier that's installed under the drivers seat that I don't have a model number for.
What I need is the "how to" for programming it....

Yup.
Came with the truck.
Works great except that I can't program channels yet.
I figure if I hit enough buttons I'll eventually figure it out but if anyone remembers the "how to" or can figure it out, I would appreciate the help.

If I remember right, find your frequency and press and hold the button for a couple of seconds to program it into memory. Been a looooooooooooooong time since I sold or saw one of those.

I think I tried that but I will try again to see what happens.
Thanks for the quick reply.

I had one of those back in the day

My brother has a *mint* one sitting in his garage.

Are you talking about setting the radio memory presets? If so, I believe you choose the frequency then hold down the button. You may need to release and tap the same button again to set it.

I will try the hold/release/click method.
The hold didn't work.

Thanks!

Look carefully at both the buttons and beside the buttons, is there one that is labelled mem?
