I've got two questions

First one is, where can I find a voltage regulator in the GTA
Second one is, are they vehicle or application specific...

First things first. You are talking about an external voltage regulator for an alternator, correct? Also, you do have an alternator that requires an external alternator, correct?

If both of these are correct then you should be able to give the make and model of your car to any NAPA or similar store and get a replacement.

If neither of these is correct or you want something like an adjustable regulator, then you need to get a hold of an alternator specialist shop.
