do you face your subs toward the rear seat or toward the rear of the car? whats better?

Depends, on what type of car.

I have a bmw, had a killer fiberglass box with four tens facing back,wasn't getting any bass inside. Had to get another box done (not as nice) facing in and cut out the ski pass and now it sounds like it should.

I think with a typical hatchback, subs firing back tends to be a bit louder if i'm not mistaken...hope this helps

 

ive had 3 Hatchbacks all with varying systems and make the box to fire towards the hatch has always done me best(aka up to the glass)
