I love it.. If i didnt need a screen I'd have kept it in there.. But I'll be using it for a podium for my superstreet vehicle.. and the SS vehicle just so also happens to be, my SQ vehicle.. I am trying what few peopel have tried.

Have you ran other 6 1/2" speakers crossed at 50hz with ? slope? /

a speaker shouldnt tear like that regardless... Im running an Ample Audio Exonic 6.5 midbass in my doors of the Jetta on a Rodek 2150 and it pounds midbass like crazy... I use my Kenwood X891 internal crossover at 50Hz since the amp has no crossover... they are fine... previously ran the same set of speakers on the same amp for over 6 months yes in this cold too... the speakers are now 1.5 years old and still going strong.... now these are not super high end speakers but they hold up... like previously stated.. before u get a really bad taste for the brand Id ask the store to bump u to something BETTER...something that they feel will not fail like these.
