What pre outs to use?

I'm installing a system in my 07 Stang with the Shaker 500 stereo. It has amplified 8" subs in the doors. The wiring harness I have includes rca's which connect to the harness. These rca's are for the amp for the subs in the doors. Now what would be the best deck pre out to use: front, rear, or sub? I am installing an aftermarket Kenwood Excelon DVD player and will also be installing a sub so I'll need the sub pre out for that. I'm lost here....thanks.
