you lisened to the dippy librarian... I didn't mean you personally... (thats funny)
There is pertinant info all through that article.... if you dont understand it or have the time to read it, and you don't believe me.... then go ask a copywright lawyer...
Using the CCA logo specifically could get you into trouble IF anyone ever persued it (unlikly)
Let me guess, whoever owns CCA is going to sue for the profit (nothing) lost sales from thier shirts (they don't sell em) and you can report it to the feds who arn't going to care....
Or someone could use an origional logo and a web address which can't be copywritten

^ I never took law in high school - only business law in college many years ago
Not that it matters really but I would think it more of a friendly consideration to ask the "owner" of a logo to use it - especially if producing an item in quanitity for distribution than to haggle over the legal details.

Especially considering we were warned ahead of time.

Wow...are some people really bored and just want to stir up ****?
Take a look at the bottom of the site. It is copyrighted. Now, as far as "legal action", I never said any such words. All I am asking is that before people go out and reproduce or create logo's, please just run it by the admin of the site. Is this such a hard concept to grab?

Once i get back from Shannonville Motorsport I will create/post some suggestions of logos.
Seeing this thread is kinda lengthy I'll start a new thread just for submissions..

I'd also be interested in a CCA shirt.
