Your forgetting possibly the 3 BIGGEST Sub brands around "here"...

Well just to let you know Planet Audio is a Power Acoustik company. And not sure if that was $150 each or for both. If its each a few more buck will get you into those Clarion PWX subs which handle around 500-600W rms.

BTW not mad just thought you were mouthing me off. Sorry hard to tell emotions in type.

150 each. I was wondering about one Clarion PXW1552. I can get one for 248 with tax. 750RMS 1500max.

Those subs are animals and will most likely handle upwards of 800-900W rms of clean power. $248 tax is not bad. Work them a bit for a deal.

Yeah, they seem like nice subs... I'm gonna see what they'll do for that and a box and amp. I wonder if I can get something to work out for about $600.

The sub is reg. 349.99 And he told me he'd cut it down to 248 with tax.

Wonder how loud that'd be?

If your looking for a budget SPL sub, a properly powered Alpine type-R is always a good choice, and you can usually get one for under $300.
