Ontario next year will be interesting ........ with regards to who's playing with what. And yeah, Ontario is and will be the loudest..... hands down........ forever in Canada!!

As for a show circuit, it's all about money and time to set it up. And then do a Canadian Finals show, it would have to have support from the current series............... or there would have to be a seperate Canadian show curcuit and all new sanctioning body. It's a possibility, if the support was there from ALL sides. I know it's been talked about often, but no one wants to pick up the torch and run with it. Hey Yuli, you could become the Canadian SPL Show Circuit President and spokes person

i think that a north american finals is just fine. gives canadians something to strive for. a couple double point and a couple triple point comps would be nice. takes a nice good chunk of money to put a massive show on. entry fees would be just lovely at a triple point(brand new event)

I'd have to say the loudest province per/population is Alberta

I'd have to say that having a 3x point event here in Western Canada would be pretty hard to organize. Usually when a drag is held, it's by one promotor. It would take the co-operation of a quite a few ppl to put one on. A multiple of shops who could all come together and split the costs would be an answer. It would be really expensive and you'd need alot of advertizing to reach as many ppl as possible. The only 2x pointers that happen around here are Set up, Run and Paid for by Ray Choy of FX Audio. He uses his own $$ to hold these. Really shows up other BIG name shops like Visions and Future shop, who only hold 1x pointers. Personally, I don't think one will happen next year around here. If things work out and alot more ppl come and show their support for the sport, maybe the year after. It's gonna take the combined effort of a few shops to hold one and share the sponsorship. We, as competitors, are the only ones who can make something like that happen.
