Woot, got me a new sub!
Well, since i can't upload my big pictures and i don't feel like saving them all as a jpeg file so i can publish them just check them out on my cardomain webpage (scroll to the bottom of it).

The box is just my break in box. Since i put it all together and wired it up in a couple hours it looks kind of messy but it is tightly sealed and works great. Thank you guys who suggested that i should buy this subwoofer, cuz other than it's stupid wire terminals i love this sub ...can't wait till it is broken in.
One question though... i have made 4 sub boxes and 1 speaker box this year. Everytime I cut the sub hole it looks like $%@&. Do you guys use a jigsaw or how do you keep your holes so nice and round/nonrough?

For holes, your best bet is a Jasper Jig:

Or use a jigsaw and take your time.

I just drill a pilot hole, and take my time with a jigsaw freehand. I don't worry if it's perfect, the sub will cover small "jigs" LOL. Just take you time, and make sure it's good. It's easier if you have a template for the hole size, but if you have to draw it, just trace around the sub, and then measure the mounting surface. Then redraw a line around the inside of the original circle, and take your time.

Ya, that is what i do. I guess i can't have the hole perfect. It doesn't bother me to much that the hole is all jaggy edges but when i put the sub inside the box the screws pierce the side of the wood. Then they sometimes become useless because there isn't enough wood for them to "grab" onto and tighten down. I hate that. Thank god my new sub has 12 screws and the holes are set more outward from the foam surround.
