Would it be ok to beat this seller to death with a dead groundhog ?

that's why ebay is so questionable. in an honest world they would have rules against that kind of thing. i guess that's how you sell things like toast that looks like the virgin mary.

wouldn't the price be kinda a give away?...

they do have rules against selling falsly. but im sorry ive went into many car audio stores that sell lies. like there clarion 400 watt max amp will outpreform an MTX6500d. You jsut ahve to be an educated buyer. and dont get sucked into seomthgisn . especialy when it seems to good to be true

The thing about this is I had a guy come into the shop and tell me all about how he was going to get a JL 1000/1 for so cheap off E-bay and when I looked at it right in front of him I read aloud the fine print and it was the same thing as this. Now this is a biased opinion but that is yet another reason to support your local shops when buying NEW equipment, used is fine I even do it but always read the fine print!!!!

But i still have to agree with the others, you HAVE to read everthing through, that was a VERY simple thing to avoid, at the same time i feel bad for the buyer, that just plain friggin sux.
