x5 Upgrade advice

Hi Guys , sort of a newbie question and help required.
I want to do an invisible type upgrade on my x5 . I rather NOT change my head unit so i am considering the following .

1) Replace the 4" stock speaker on doors with these
Amazon.com : 100A1 - Focal 4" 2-Way Component Speakers System with Grills : Car Electronics Amazon.com : 100A1 - Focal 4" 2-Way Component Speakers System with Grills : Car Electronics

2) Replace the speakers under the seat with these :
Amazon.com : Earthquake Sound SWS-6.5X 6.5-inch Shallow Woofer System Subwoofers (Pair) : Car Electronics Amazon.com : Earthquake Sound SWS-6.5X 6.5-inch Shallow Woofer System Subwoofers (Pair) : Car Electronics

3) Use a single 10" dual coil 4 ohm ( already have )

Can you suggest :

1) A single amp that i can use to run the system ? Would a 6 channel amp be best ?
2) Would i need an eq to tune it since i am using the stock HU ?
3) Would i need any special attachment from the Hu to the amp ?
4) Any other changes or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance ...

If you're replacing one 4inch speaker in each door and a single 10, than i would get a 5 channel amp or a 4 channel amp and a mono amp. You need a LOC to use your factory head unit. Look into audio control. I use their LC2I myself. You have a lot of options, i just mentioned audio control for ease of tuning. The term you're referring to is "stealth" not "invisible"
