Well, some things have changed around me again(or should I say as usual). WEll I now aquired a 18" RE SX dual 1ohm sub. I want to mount this in my trunk and I was thinking making and enclosure for the most part 2" above my whole floor, and my spare tire well and a recessed part! And then for the top part to incline it the width of my trunk, and invert the 18" in there? Anyone else have a better idea? or does this seem plausible?

 

The SX 18" wants somewhere around 5 cu ft of volume and some serious port length. I am told they have good SQ to boot. The sucker will consume much of the trunk volume but should kick off in the 140's (it doesnt look that good inverted due to the magnet looking small compared to the SX 15 or SX 12).
