i did 140.0 a few years back off of a single audiobahn 12" and a concept 260... apparently rated at 2x60 watts

 

sounds like it would be a good class
inexpensive and a good learning tool

 

would be forsure , would allow ppl to see whats involved in tunning a car and how much you can get out of your system with the right box

 

i did a 145 with visonik vxd 609 ....i thinks 100 watts or maybe 200....on 2 ma audio 15'2.....bought that amp for 75 bux bran new at xs cargo in k-town....and the 2 15's were 99 each.....300 bux an 145....nice

thats a pretty sweeet budget build , that just goes to show you dont need to spend thousands of dollars to be competitive at shows

 

that was in a blue ugly a$$ civic........now im doin a red ugly a$$ civic, got 450 into the stuff......its gonna bang!!!!

 

My minivan is doing 141.8 right now off the rear two channels bridged of my OS Power 800.4 (my highs amp). So like 300-350rms.

Was good enough till Jordan let me borrow my old crown last night. Going out to wire it in right now. MAN I LOVE BASS!!!

 

I think the same amp(one that can be bought at many shops) to be used, then its more or less fair across the board, then it comes down to box effiecency and woofers. unless we get someone who likes to put 16+v into a 200w amp..lol
I like challenges like these, cause it just makes things more fun
