yuli's right. what you got there is fine. your amp WILL work fine. but to upgrade to a 1000 watt mono amplifier will be better cause its more power, and also a more effecient, and clean amplifier for your woofers.

Question

Ok ima put up a list of questions, so i when yall reply i can copy past and have it on my comp so when i go to build the box i just pull one sheet up......

What size Aero ports,
What size screws did you say use for them,
What size screws in the 3/4 board should I use,
What should i use to draw out the circles.....?
What should i use to seal the box up....
What should i do about my amps, I've got 2, Im into having everything looking good, cuz this isnt just a loud truck it's gotta look nice too yall got any ideals?!
" also im planing on covering the box with suade, Would me covering the individual peices of suade then screwing them all together with a sealer embetween em mess up the box, or should i just cover it after i've got the box built? just wondering "

oh boy.. ok.

-use 4inch aero ports
-use screws long enough that go through the wood to hold them in place
-use 1 1/2 screws, so it gets through both pieces
-find something close to the cutout, trace it then cuyt! LOL. or use a string/nail, find the radius, and draw the circle that way
-use glue, if you want more, use silicone, or fiberglass resin
- i dunno about the amps, lotsa things u can do....

otherwise for th outside of the box, you can carpet, paint, do a cool design, etc etc...
