I know its hard to say without actually testing, but can anyone give a ballpark on how big of a box this should be? If everything is forward should I make a massive box or a small-*** one?

Hopefully by then I can get a hold of a new battery too, but this week its back to school for me. Thanks for all the info so far guys.
make the box as big as you can

Gotcha.

I turned up the gains (not sure why i had them so low) and dropped bass boost a bit today, and got about 3100 watts out of the amps, I can't seem to upload the meters pic right now but hopefully it works later and I'll post it. This added power plus playing with other stuff like seats and box position yielded this:

How are the amps set up? Are they strapped and what ohm loads?

Will your subs allow you to wire it up at 1ohm strapped

No, they're dual 2's, so I don't really wanna strap them at .5, although based on the readings from the multimeter and ammeter, impedance rise is about 2 ohms. I got 99.2 Volts at 31.4 amps this morning at 58hz, which was my loudest frequency after experimenting further.

True story, I look forward to seeing what the amps can do with real power behind them. That pic I mentioned finally showed up in my upload folder:

And what was your top db level so far? Those amps would shine with second batt and a 1ohm load.

My best is still 146.0. Unfortunately I'm back in the city now so no more testing 'till next time I come home.
