best all around street "a" battery
I know this has been a topic in the past, but...
I want to know for current use, and your reasoning....
I've had too many "suggestions", and now would like to know from experience.

For regular lead/acid batyteries I LOVE Sears Diehard.
I've not had great luck with Optima or Part Source's knockoff spiral cell.
Don't even know what brand I have up front right now. All I know its as bis as would fit under my hood/in the battery tray.

Hawker 2150 (I believe thats number)
AGM Battery that is 800 square inches, i used the Optima Yellow 31 and 34, Discovery 31, Exide 31 and 29. *Yes some of these batteries were too big, but I am stating what I used.
I went up by .4 db by using the battery. I also found it charged back to full faster than the Exide and Discovery. I found with those two batteries, my scores were very dependant on charging time. My scores would very from 1-3 db. The Hawker fixed that.
I never tried a Kinetic battery.
The only supplier I could find for it in Western Canada was in Duncan, BC
Batteries specs are governed by the government, so the specs seem truthful.
Stinger used the same battery....
Get a 1/2 uf cap on the headunit...

Theres really only two batts to choose from in my opinion.
odyssey 1750 ---from what ive heard this is the way to go. And will be cheaper and easier to find.
northstar nsb75. Euros prefer the northstars but the batt isnt what makes them louder.
Best advice I can give though is dont run your spl batt in the car daily. Keep it outside the car charging and throw it in the day of your competition then remove it before you drive away. Never let the alt charge the batt. This will gain you a fair amount.
