So can we get back on subject? :P any ideas on what box i should build next? i want to conitinue running my 4 type R's i just bought a RF p1000-1bd mono amp. seriously needed to drop the stereo amps. this amp is also going down to 1ohm.

 

those little amps are decent.. you'll get good power from the RF 1000... as long as you have good power cable from front batt and a good front batt...
box I would face all 4 subs forward and a side port if it fits... post a picture with your seat folded down and some measurements
of what will fit in your trunk
you could pull better numbers with only 2 10's in that car and the right box...

 

i was thinking all 4 type R's like an upside down U with a massive port in the middle. facing into the car.. not certain yet but im going to look at a CRX tomorrow. may use that as my SPL car. i am running all 4g wire at the moment. ground and power.

 

you'll definately want to upgrade wiring and battery to start
otherwise your just wasting your time
