I'm soo jealous your that far ahead of me in your build lol. Lookin real good though Bart. How thick are you goin to make your baffle.

 

still WEAK tho.. no subs in it yet. or power cable ... amps. batts. lol jk buddy. Get going SON!

 

you get your subs yet menace you have bin way quite lol I think you got some up your sleeves.

 

started re-coning the second sub tonight

ok, so another installment in this slowazz build lol

I seamed the front of the wall into the floorpan, it had a gap 3" or so before!


then i got started filling all the edges and corners in the box with kittyhair..just look past the baffle to th inside!


heres a shot at the back corner floor on the driver side


Then i cut a piece to fit the b-pillar contour and made the roundover into the port

 

Next steps are as follows::

-add 2 more layer of baffle that are already cut and waiting
-finish sanding the fiberglass and skimcoat with glazing putty then sand again
-resin coat the box, sand, then coat again!
-cut fiberglass strips to seam the box into the b-pillars
-make a headliner
-make or buy a new floor carpet (stock carpet got hacked before i bought it)
-install equipment
