I think and I'm sure some others will agree that there should be a rule regarding battery mounting....I mean someone could drop the maximum size battery into a car and say"there it is..."

I dont know..maybe I missed something,but I didnt see it,but think it should be...

As well, what are the power restrictions in the street classes?By the way I read it,someone with twice the power as me could stomp on me..or am I wrong?Forgive me if I am..

My 2 pesos

u guys did miss something. there is a physical size restriction for the batteries in street class. it's 15x8x8 so u cant use a train battery. however it appears now that a batterie can be placed in the trunk

Yeah 15x8x8 is a pretty good size. A lot bigger than my little yellow top.

I'm sure that will come up in future drafts, I think they just wanted to get something out there for people to work on..

No power restrictions.. it's just impossible to regular as of now.. just because someone has twice the power doesnt mean they will stomp on you..

should be an interesting year!

Think about it this way...I come in on 2 12" Sonys on lets say 1100 watts....Team BillyBob comes along with 2 DD 12's or even two Solo's(dvc) on two 1500 watt amps..no matter how efficent it is,I dont really see how I stand a chnace..BUT..I could drop a 12 and go Street A..thats something else I have thought about too...have to do some thinking about this...
