Is it within the boundaries of the rules to have people holding my trunk down, doors shut, etc, during competition to stop vibrating?
And is it legit if I am inside my car to push against my dash for the same reason?
I read the rules a while back and I remember reading that I couldn't be in my car if it was more than 140Db or they would just count it was 140... any more depth to this?

YES.
At single poing events it won't matter.
But at 2x and 3x events they will enforce that rule about the 140db.
