What about the "diamond effect" here people?

Where, you create a diamond flow so to speak. You aim your port(s) so that the air from the port is being directed off the interior panels, glass etc to create the diamond shape, therefore creating better SPL results.

Hell, I've never done a van like this before, so yea, I'm gonna ask questions obviously.

I've never built a box for competition but none of the boxes I have built have hit under 145 so I must know a little something about SPL.

ok right now ive got the box on my sounddomain in my civic hatchback. what i want is a better box for the civic so i was plannin on making one. ive researched it a lot and i found that firing the subs up would be the best idea. but i couldnt find where to put the port.

also i found that that box in the pathfinder was loudest sitting about 1/2 a foot away from the hatch with subs and port facing the hatch. i managed 145.2db
