Hey just lookin for some input, I have a choice for next season, so got my to figure through winter. I can keep using my 2005 dodge sx 2.0( looks way cooler) which my high is 147.3db or I can use the wifes 1998 honda civic dx hatchback. My gear is 2 Bassworx 12.4 woofers, amp is a Bassworx ba3000.1d. I want the 150 mark with this gear, and I think it very do able. I would really appreciate the feedback.

I say go for the hatch. Easier to make loud than a trunk car.

Maybe just try tossing your box in there and see what it will do on the meter. No need to change all the wiring. Just get some longer speaker wires and run it off your car.

i agree with bland ... try it out in the wifes car by running long speaker wires and see the difference ...
