the Fi's will also handle the power but it all depends on box and frequency Jeff... c'mon you know that..you're not a noob... and ofcourse the amount of time you burp for

most subs have atleast a 5+ times thermal power handling compared to their RMS handling as long as its withing the subs mechanical limits
even 700 watt Audiobahn subs could handle 3500 watts of power for burps

no...you need a sub and box that will give you a final impedance of 2 ohms after rise...lol
