mtx??

what do you guys think of mtx? ive heard the big jackhammer is overrated... how about their square subs? do they compare to L7's?

I heard a pair, then later found it was only 1 hooked up(the coil was blown on the 2nd one) and I was beyond impressed with it, for what it is!!

i run some smaller mtx tens, four actually and a set of jackhammer amps and im verry impressed all i need to do is wait to get a new vehicle to make a bigger better tuned fitted box for them and ill have a system , anyone hear kappa perfects before i used to sell infinity there refrence and just there kappas and i was impressed and well never heard the perfects wondering if anyone has experianced??

think they made that comment before or after they made their square? ahaha ive actually got a bit of a thing for the L7's.. always wanted a pair.. i used to want a pair of the thunder 8000s back in the day too.. dont really have any experience nor have i really heard any mtx gear though..

never been too fond of companies who have to try to knock down other companies to make them selves look better..

I like the L7's ... I don't have a lot to compare them too, but I'm not seeing the harm in them, at all.
I own 12" L5's, 10" L7 and 15" L7's so ... yeah, I've been pretty damn hooked.

When they came out, they said they were offering more cone in the same space ... true.
Now years later, they're saying circles are best because it's to the point (more-less) ...

And MTX has squares of their own now (so do a few others, as I've seen in some mags) ... congratulations to them lol
