excellent idea... just make sure to trim it so it wont interfere with the cone and tape it on nice and smooth for the testing...might also be bennefitial to slightly lengthen the middle portion...but again youll need to test it if it actually helps

Thank you . It's all trimmed up and mounted. I siliconed it on. I've got some tin tape I'm going to use to cover the connection. So it will be nice and smooth. I went for a quick drive this morning and noticed a couple VEERRRY interesting things happened.

I'll be out testing later. We'll have to see. My normal peak was 45hz. Then with new subs its been 47hz.

I plan to extend the center also after I try this. Then I'm removing the top and going with port on driver side common chamber using this flare and see how much it gains. There are already 45's inside the enclosure so who knows until I test it all.

You might be right, but I bet it's going to be louder at some frequency.

SO, now that I have a J O B, it's time to get crackin!

I started pulling everything out. Seems I have a nasty leak on my passenger side. I'm going to have to figure out were it's coming from.

Broke 4 of the 8 front seat bolts.. and I still have to figure out why the interior lights turn on all by themselves every once in a while (killing my battery).

This is what was done today. I had to work 6 hours this morning so didn't leave a lot of time. lol

lol, well... the driver side has 3 and the passenger 1, so I figure passengers are over rated anyway....

na, lol... I'll get them out. I've got some tools that should get the job done.

I'll be getting the Dynamat Xtreme for all the doors on Thurs and my new battery next week also.

LET THE FUN BEGIN!!!
