I'm back. Spring time so I feel like working on the audio.
I have been running sub less for the winter, thanks to Aura Bass shakers in my seats.
I think I should have one 10" sub to provide the low end sound though.

In the past I ran dual 10" Blaupunkt Overdrive subs off of a Power Acoustik A1800DB amp and it was enough but sadly one of the subs developed a tear in the rubber surround part and it end that joy ride.
What I want now is a single 10" sub that can match the output of those two subs that I used to have.
I need a new amp as well as I sold the A1800DB, should of kept it but didn't think I would go back to a sub but I am now if its possable to get the same output with only one sub.
I have a ported box that I can use.

I'm just guessing right now but I need to be in the 600w rms area for both sub and amp as thats what I had before and it worked good.

I wouldnt use that amp on the sub..you will over power it amp is listed at 800 RMS( could actually put that power out) and the sub I know will take 600 RMS and much more but I dont recommend more than that for daily driving

I'm in love with the JL audio w7 series. I know they can perform and wouldn't be going wrong with one of those.
The 8 and 10 inch size have my interest.
Then it would be a matter of getting a powerful amp, those subs are rated for 1000w rms, crazy ****, out of one sub.
